Dick Slover's association with the chemical industry spans more than 40 years, first with Allied Chemical where he held managerial posts in products such as Phenol, Cresylic Acids, Plasticizers, PVC, Caprolactam and Acetone.

Before founding The Slover Group, he was Director of Sales for The Merichem Company, a major supplier of Cresylic Acids, where he expanded that company's sales into the Asian and Latin American regions. He has a BS in Chemistry from Purdue University and a MBA from Pepperdine University.

Vernon Clements began his chemical career as a coatings chemist. Before joining The Slover Group, he was a Market Manager for North and South America with The Merichem Company.

He holds a BS in Chemistry from Texas Lutheran and a MBA from Pepperdine University.
